As the Principal Acquisitions & Disposals Surveyor, you will report directly to the Estates Manager - Acquisitions & Disposals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a comprehensive estate management service, including acquisition, disposal, valuation, and appraisal of the council's property portfolio. Working as part of a joint Estates team within the Property Management and Development department, you will offer high-quality specialist property advice, expertise, and guidance.
