**Job Title: Videographer and Editor**

Experience: 2 years minimum in paid **commercial** work.

You must have a background in marketing/commercial video work, with examples to show.

Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 based on ability + **Commission/bonuses** available for proactively introducing & signing new clients.

We are seeking a full-time, highly skilled and experienced videographer & editor to join our expanding team in Stamford, Lincolnshire. Eldraw Creative Media is growing a team of in-house video content experts to help our clients achieve growth via professional and engaging video & photo assets.

You’ll need a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in these fields, along with an outstanding portfolio that showcases your talents and skills. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the business owner and wider freelance team members to produce high-quality video content and photography for various clients and projects. **Responsibilities**:

- Planning and executing video shoots on location and in-studio
- Shoot still image photography as part of social media video/photo packages.
- Help document behind the scenes for our own promotion.
- Set-up lighting and audio equipment, both in studio and on location
- Edit videos to an excellent standard, including colour correction, text, sound & mid level animation.
- Contribute fresh and engaging ideas both for client work, and our own marketing campaigns.
- Outreach to new potential clients during quieter periods.
- Attend networking events on the odd occasion
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies

**Qualifications & Skill Sets**:

- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in videography and editing
- Strong understanding of video production and post-production techniques
- Competency on Apple Mac computers
- Competency on Sony Mirrorless Cameras
- Proficiency in editing software, primerily Final Cut Pro X. As well as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Good understanding of sound and Multicam editing, including podcast production
- A good standard of still photography & image editing using Lightoom & Photoshop.
- A keen understanding of social media trends and usage, and the ability to repurpose content for different platforms.
- Time-keeping, organisation skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to confidently run shoots on your own when necessary
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under tight deadlines

- Office hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm or 8.30-5pm. Shoot day hours will vary depending on location. On the rare occasion shoots may require overnight stays.
- 28 days annual leave
- Casual office dress code. Smart casual uniform on set (where appropriate)
