**Finance Manager**

Are you a motivated commercial accountant looking for a value adding role in a growing services business where in additional to leading the wider finance team, you will be supporting forward facing business decisions?

**You will be responsible for**:

- Commercially supporting clients and decision makers with their business decisions
- Ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
- Supporting and managing the finance team
- Production of accounts, reports, analysis etc...
- Representing the business at events

**You will have the following skills and experience**:

- Excellent communication skills both in person and written
- CIMA or ACCA Qualified
- Hard working and self starting
- Able to support, train and develop a team

Hybrid working is available with 3 days based in the office and 2 days form home. There is also an option to work your hours across 4 days.
