The Commercial Litigation Solicitor role will be working within the disputes team and responsibilities will cover (but not be limited to):

- Wide range of commercial litigation, including:

- Commercial contract disputes
- Partnership and shareholder disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Insolvency
- IP
- IT
- Construction disputes
- Business development and networking
Salary & package: Generous Salary and package on offer
Hours: 9am-5:15pm Monday - Friday (HYBRID / FLEXIBLE working available)
Location: Canterbury
Salary and experience are to be used as a guide only - those outside of this brief may also be considered.
