**Tenant Liaison Officer**

**Hours**:Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)

**Salary**:£25,000 per annum DOE

**Location**:Plymouth

**Contract**:Temporary toPermanent

DK Recruitment are looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join their client’s team in Plymouth. This role will involve being responsible and taking ownership of managing the relationships between client, site and tenants.

**Responsibilities**:

- The first point of contact for residents regarding queries, complaints and updates
- To be a "friendly face," of reassurance and to ensure those on site are being courteous to the resident’s experience of the project
- Ensuring the residents are comfortable in their own homes and gathering any feedback to improve practice
- Attendance at monthly progress meetings
- Complete letter drops where required
- Carry out photographic schedules of working areas prior to works commencing and post completion

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good time management and organisations skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Experience working as a TLO or RLO
