Procurement Administrator

We are looking to employ a Procurement Administrator to be based in London and to work with us on a Full Time basis over a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Role
- Provide dedicated administrative support around Coupa implementation into MRSG and to act as a superuser to support users pre and post implementation.
- Support the novation of all in scope legacy contracts to MRSG, in alignment with Procurement, Finance and Legal teams.
- Primary MRSG procurement contact for the Coupa implementation Project, playing a key role within the Project team.
- On-site support in London for all MRSG users as they transition to Coupa and in alignment with the master Coupa rollout plan.
- Support as required the UK Category Managers with the strategic procurement of all Sourcing Categories of third-party spend, including vendors, negotiations, and supplier management.
- Promote and drive procurement value add for MRSG, as part of the Procurement Shared Service Model delivery across the UK.
- Support the Chief HR Officer with any procurement administration related tasks associated with the future business relocation in London.

What we are looking for

Someone who can be accountable for:

- Supporting digitalisation for processes and user customer satisfaction with tools, e.g. Coupa
- Manage the timely novation, cancellation, or supplier updates of all in scope and in-force contracts related to a future relocation.
- Support the Head of UK Procurement, administering and sourcing strategies for MRSG, ensuring the business is compliant with the Company Procurement Policy and Guidelines.
- Administer and support sourcing category specific integration of MRSG across the UK by way of building business relationships and developing and executing a joint strategic on boarding plan in conjunction with the Head of UK Procurement and Category Managers.

Key Skills & Experience
- 1 year procurement experience would be considered advantageous.
- Experience with contract terminology and expertise in developing alternative clauses where necessary and working with Legal Departments considered advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, oral and written communication skills.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Strong customer orientation, interpersonal and social skills
- Ability to elicit cooperation and information from a wide variety of sources.
- Commercial mindset and full comprehension of sourcing category principles.
- Excellent written, oral communication and people skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Office.
- An analytical mind-set with a strategic ability.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for delivery of business and client requirements.
- Strong customer services, interpersonal and social skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong team player.

**Qualifications**:

- Educated at degree level would be considered advantageous.
- A Levels or Equivalent
- Working towards a relevant Professional Certification (such as CPSM, CIPS, CSM) a plus but not essential
