We are recruiting for a Data Administrator to join the team at Thistle for a fixed term contract of 12 months.

You will provide support to the Product and Proposition/Technical Underwriting team in the implementation of a new IT System. Responsible for the transfer of sensitive client data from one IT System to another. they must be able to demonstrate accuracy and high attention to detail at all times, in addition to this you will also be speaking to customers on the phone, so will have proven exceptional customer service and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately transfer data from one IT system to the new one in a timely manner
- Where required contact clients to gather missing information.
- To achieve the KPI's set for your role as defined by your Line Manager
- Computer records, accurate creation and maintenance ensuring completeness including Intelligent labelling of system entries
- File maintenance - general housekeeping of all records
- Open communication and liaison with all other departments within PIB where necessary
- Identify, report Breaches / complaints / E&O and to Respond positively to QA
- Other duties as and when required

**Experience**
- A knowledge of commercial insurance products would be a benefit to this role
- You will need to have an excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages
- You will need to have strong organisation skills, have strong communication skills both verbal and written and have the ability to quickly grasp and interpret salient information
- You will need to have can do attitude, be a strong team player and be able to adapt quickly to changes within the business.
