Warehouse Administrator

**Full Time - 40 hrs per week**
**Location - Northwood**
Skanska's Building services division have a contract with the MoD at Northwood HQ where we deliver Facilities Managements services. A key part of this service is the Stores Department, where we currently require a professional, reliable individual to join the team.

The role will see you working with a dedicated team delivering a Stores service to meet the contractual requirements of the Northwood contract.
**You’ll**:

- Receive, issue and deliver items of stores in a courteous and professional manner.
- Account for items of stores on the Stores IT system (training will be given).
- Carry out filing of all auditable documentation as directed by the Line Manager.
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of all areas in the Stores Complex.
- Participate in standby/ callout rota and occasionally required to work outside normal hours.

**We are looking for**:

- Proven record of good customer service.
- Good Health & Safety knowledge and attention to detail.
- Administration experience - if this is within a Stores / Warehouse environment then this would be ideal, but not mandatory
