**Purpose of the Role**:
To provide oversight, quality assurance and analysis of the IBA performance within Ardonagh and our Outsource partners, ensuring continuous improvement of the processes.

**Key Role Accountabilities**:
**Principal Tasks**
- Utilising analytical and process improvement skills alongside an in-depth understanding of IBA functions within London market specialty business, plan, develop, coordinate and execute process improvement reviews and analysis of current practices ensuring our people have the best chance to succeed with the optimal processes
- Perform quality assurance via end-to-end reviews of IBA processes across internal and external functions, providing detailed and concise analysis to the teams driving a best practice culture
- Make changes to improve daily KPI & SLA delivery, efficiency, income management, customer satisfaction, and reduce risks
- Provide reports and analysis of Key Performance Indicators to quantify the progress made for each project
- Building meaningful relationships with internal Clients and our Outsource partners, by dealing with them in a prompt, friendly and professional manner at all times
- Work collaboratively with the Head of IBA to provide them with continual constructive data insights and analysis, allowing for process changes and improvements to be made in accordance with wider strategic goals within the function
- Support the transfer of new solutions and processes to the organisation on an ongoing and sustained basis, while working with functional managers, critical stakeholders and/or the process owner
- Keeping up to date with market and system changes and embedding these into our processes and practices

**Technical Requirements**:
**_Necessary Qualifications and Experience:_**
- 5+ years London Market IBA experience
- Strong analytical skills & experience of data analysis
- Ability to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong numeracy skills
- Strong Client and Market communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience of quality assurance process implementation
- Process Improvement experience

**_Desired Qualifications and Experience:_**
- Undergraduate degree
- Knowledge of Global XB system
