**We are looking for a Tax Operations Specialist / Senior Administrator to join our team in Glasgow.**

Following a period of continued growth, we are recruiting a Tax Operations Specialist to support our busy Corporate Tax Team. Reporting to a member of our senior team, the role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and establish a long-term career within our successful and growing tax practice.
- Overseeing the Tax Enquiry Service inbox, dealing with claims, queries, quotes and renewals process
- Overseeing the enquiry register, obtaining progress updates and maintaining the register
- Reviewing and managing Investigation Work in progress (WIP), seeking budget updates and billing as appropriate
- Anti-money laundering annual reviews
- Preparing Non Audit Services Forms (where applicable) and proposals
- Assisting in the carrying out of Corporate Tax and Tax Enquiry Risk Reviews
- Processing timesheets
- Manage external relationships with external suppliers (Markel, HMRC)
- Overseeing Corporate Tax Advisory tracker and assisting with Tax risk reviews, preparing all reviews with compliance and advisory information
- Assisting in the project management of various internal projects

**About You**:

- A good level of numerical and data analysis skills as well as proficiency in Excel
- Experience within a similar role or within administration / project co-ordination position
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to work to your own initiative
- A leader of your work and your professional learning
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively impact and influence others
