We are looking for a full-time **Graduate Sports Therapist **to join our growing team. In this role you will be helping our practice to continue to increase in capacity and provide a world-class therapy service across out two clinics in Congleton and Stoke on Trent.

**The Role of the Sports Therapist**

The role of the sports therapist is to ensure that all clients have a positive experience in every session in our clinics. We want our therapists to be able to provide not only excellent clinical skills but also a world-class customer service experience. Success in this role will be measured on successful treatment outcomes, customer satisfaction, on-time and correct documentation of clinical notes as well the meticulous up-keep of relationships with existing and past patients of the practice.

**Responsibilities and Activities**:

- Do everything possible to get the best outcome for every patient
- Ensure that patients achieve their clinical and health/lifestyle outcomes (in the time frame you set)
- Confidently communicate the value of our service and your skills during the conversation about price
- Provide a high level of customer care that will cause patients to want to come back frequently
- Increase referrals by providing a high level of customer care and service to all of your patients
- Ensure that patients coming for free taster sessions convert to a first assessment
(when appropriate)
- Ensure that every patient completes a plan of care that they agree too
- Ensure that clinical notes are kept up-to-date and are accurate
- Participate in, contribute to, and help to develop the in-house educational training program
- Assist in the production of in-clinic workshops, community events and other marketing events.
- Be on hand to participate in and contribute to the clinic’s social media activity
- Complete patient call backs without being asked to and be willing to speak to patients who have dropped off schedule

- Above average clinical skills that will be developed continuously
- Excellent communication skills that are developed continuously
- Accountable - you’re happy to be held accountable and willing to be coached to improve every aspect of your role
- To be able to engage with and connect with patients at the people level (not just the clinical)
- Deep understanding of patients internal and external problems
- Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines and on schedule.

**Requirements**:

- BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy
- Member of BASRaT/SoST

**Desirable Skills/Interests**:

- Manual therapy
- Exercise Rehabilitation
- Private Practice experience

**Location**:
This is a full-time, clinical role which will be based across our two sites in Congleton and Stoke-on-Trent

**Benefits include**:

- Salary £19,000 - £22,000 depending upon experience + Bonus Structure
