**The Role**
You will be responsible for leveraging Financial Crime analytics in order to support the interpretation and diction of regulations, statutes, and conduct matters within Models and Financial Crime intelligence, using SQL and other analytics tools to delivercomplex solutions and information in a way that is simple. You will:
- Fulfill model analytics and wider analytics, using SQL and SAS (or similar tool), across transaction monitoring, customer screening, payments screening, and customer risk assessments.
- Support the definition of calibrations methodologies across all models, identifying and updating the sign-off of financial crime models.
- Reviews and conducts analysis of key KPIs/KRIs, identifies root causes and makes appropriate recommendations for change and continuous improvement.
**Key skills and Responsibilities**
- Excellent understanding of Financial Crime industries with good knowledge of regulatory frameworks of UK financial services industry trends.
- Strong hands-on experience with, at minimum, SQL and either Python/R/SAS
- Experience using analytics in compliance environment
