We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Year 1 and Year 2 students on their journey to mastering phonics. You will be responsible for creating engaging and effective lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providingadditional support to those who may be struggling.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and deliver daily phonics lessons that align with the National Curriculum
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents
Assist students who require extra support to master phonics
Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate phonics instruction into the overall curriculum
Attend and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Knowledge of phonics curriculum and teaching strategies
Experience teaching phonics to KS1 students
Strong classroom management skills
Ability to work well in a team and be adaptable
