- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with managing patient flow and ensuring a smooth operation of the front desk area
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns

'''Experience''':

- Previous experience working as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is a plus
- Proficient in using dental practice management software or similar computer programs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
