**Bought Ledger Clerk**

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Bought Ledger Clerk with some commercial experience to join a fantastic local organisation who we have worked with for many years

**Some of your duties will include**:

- Assisting with the bought ledger function and processing supplier cheque and BACs payments
- Inputting invoices onto ledger system and forwarding to line Managers for payment approval
- Matching purchase invoices with delivery notes and purchase orders and allocating nominal codes
- Reconciling supplier statements with computer records and investigating any anomalies
- Ensuring that supplier payments are processed in accordance with agreed payment terms
- Maintaining filing system holding copies of all invoices which have been processed and paid
