As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.

**Duties**:

- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing inquiries
- Collect patient information and update electronic health records
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits and maintain cleanliness throughout the office
- Assist dental providers with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus

Please note that all positions at our dental office are paid positions. We do not offer unpaid internships or volunteer opportunities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 27 per week
