**Head Waiter/Waitress required to **join our professional team at our busy Hotel, located on Shanklin cliff path.**

Now with a new management team, The Ocean View Hotel is a busy 3-star hotel that caters for coach parties as well as independent travellers. We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible and motivated individuals to join our busy teams within our dining room department.

**Dining room assistant duties include but are not limited to**:

- The service of food
- Preparing tables for the breakfast and dinner service.
- Keeping the restaurant clean and tidy, and reporting any maintenance issues as and when.
- Setting out rotas
- Assisting teammates
- Meeting and interacting with hotel guests. Hours within the dining room are a mix of morning and evening shifts so flexibility is essential
