Our client, one of the UK's largest and well-known transport and logistics companies are looking to add to their team of HGV2/7.5t drivers for an equally well-known high-street furniture retailer.

**Newly Passed Drivers Welcome**

**The role.**

This role will be focused on the service; therefore, politeness and courtesy must be shown at all times.

This is a temporary, ongoing role which can and will lead to a full-time employment opportunity following trial period where performance, attendance and attitude will be considered.

**Hours.**

This contract is operational from Monday-Saturday therefore weekend working will be required.

The rota is typically 4 out of 6 days working each day is planned at 12.75 hours in length.

Start times between 0500-0630.

Overtime often available - working hours permitting.

**Requirements.**
- Current valid UK Cat C or C1 driving licence entitlement.
- Current valid DQC and driver card.
- No more than 6 endorsement points - No DR, DD or CD endorsements.
- Good level of spoken English as this is a customer facing role.
- A fair understanding including experience of the use of basic tools and furniture assembly.
