**Job Brief**
- Handling of luxury worldwide enquiries from start to finish
- Building travel briefs for product colleagues to translate to itineraries
- Client relationship management, both direct and B2B
- Efficient management of sales pipeline and CRM platform
- Lead generation

You’ll be guiding new and returning customers through the sales process, consulting them throughout in order to build the most accurate and well-informed briefs for their experiences. Our travel designers will then transform briefs to purchasable experiences, at which point you will progress each lead to deal stage.

Building relationships with prospects and customers will be a key part of your work, with the aim of deepening our understanding of customer interests and needs. You’ll pass off the fulfilment of travel experiences to our operations and customer experience teams before re-engaging with the customers to bring them back into the funnel for a new trip.

The role reports to the Chief Experience Officer and is based in our central London office with flexibility for hybrid working considered.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of golf and an understanding of its language
- Previous experience in a commercial role, ideally in the travel sector
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously when required
- Creativity
- Ambition

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
