Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting customers with their parts needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Duties**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records of all parts and accessories
- Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts for their machines
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Process parts orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of delivery
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Utilize computer systems and software to track inventory, sales, and customer information
- Assist in receiving and stocking new inventory shipments

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar software for data entry and analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of agricultural parts and accessories is a plus
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
