**Responsibilities as a Procurement Officer/Procurement Manager/Procurement Specialist**:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost and minimize risk.
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best value for the company.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to identify and fulfill procurement needs.
- Manage supplier relationships and contracts throughout procurement process.
- Assess supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality, delivery and service level agreements.
- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with contract management and legal considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
