**The Role**:

- Welding (MIG) different elements of Nugent products.
- Learning to read Technical Engineering Drawings.
- Learning to produce products as detailed in Technical Engineering Drawings.
- Working to production schedule to maximise efficiency.
- Ensure all materials produced are meeting high quality standards.
- Understand and adhere to company Health and Safety policies and procedures.

**The Person**:

- Willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and be fully dependable and reliable.

**Experience**:

- MIG welding: 1 year (preferred)
