We offer clients bespoke, customer-focused waste solutions across Central Scotland, whilst ensuring customer service is at the heart of all operations.

**Position Summary**

**Duties**
- Supporting the Sales Team with administrative duties
- Assisting the delivery of the business’ customer retention and satisfaction strategies
- Driving and managing the business’ Customer Review strategy
- Support the sales team in delivering new business requirements
- Working with the sales and account management team to deliver new practices that improve customer journey and experience
- Managing the Sales Team’s diaries and booking client meetings
- Utilising the internal database system to record sales leads, customer communication, and accurately record sales activities.
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages
- Taking payments from customers over the phone

**Requirements of the Role**
- A highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills and experience utilising Microsoft programmes (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Adaptable and willingness to learn new skills on the job
- Strong telephone manner
- Confident in dealing with customers and managing enquiries
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to manage diaries in accordance with internal and external demands
- The ability to develop and maintain quality customer relationships
