Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Leyland St James CE Primary School to join our team as TA3 with a specialism in PE.

Essential Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification or above in sports coaching, development or management, or another relevant field such as leisure and recreation or physical education.

Desirable Qualifications
- Relevant work experience by working as a volunteer or paid assistant in a leisure or sports capacity.
- Recognised sports qualifications by affiliated bodies, for example FA coaching awards

Essential Experience
- organising, developing and delivering a varied range of sporting activities, projects or programmes
- planning with class teachers
- undertaking administrative tasks
- liaising and working with relevant organisations or agencies including youth services, schools, clubs, sports coaches and sports councils
- monitoring and assessing progress
- finding and training coaches, volunteers and staff.

Desirable Experience
