Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and leading a team of bartenders and bar staff. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Train and supervise bartenders and bar staff to ensure high-quality service
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of beverages
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address any concerns

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage inventory and control costs effectively
- Familiarity with culinary techniques and food preparation processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
