**Job Title: Handy person**

**Trust: Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS FT**

**Location: Fountain St, Ashton Under Lyne OL6 9RW**

**Shift Pattern: Monday
- Friday 8am-4pm (37.5 hours a week)**

**Pay: £ £12.45 an hour**

**Job Role**:

- Ability to work on your own.
- Minor building works - plastering, painting, and decorating, building repairs.
- Basic joinery work - change locks, repair panels, boarding up, etc.
- Basic plumbing - isolate a water supply off only, unblocking drains.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks - daily lift inspections, meter readings, plantroom cleaning, more but a brief of the required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Proficiency in multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
