**Role Info**:
**Content and Community Manager**
**London, EC1Y / Hybrid working available but you must be able to regularly commute to the London office**
**£40,000 - £45,000**

**About Us**:

We bring together the industry and other parties to raise standards, share best practice and support our members. We work collaboratively with members, government, parliament, regulators and other stakeholders to help build sustainable policies and regulationwhich deliver a better income in retirement.

**The Content and Community Manager Role**:
We are currently looking for a Content and Community Manager role to join the team and act as the primary manager of community and member-only content.

You will be working with the Digital and Communications team to deliver relevant content to our members on our new member portal and working with wider teams to develop online communities for our members and based around their needs.

Our team is a small and multi-disciplinary communications team which works across content, marketing, publishing, social media and events, so we are looking for a superstar to become the next piece in our developing puzzle.

**Key Responsibilities**:
+ Managing our member-only community platform.
+ Ensuring the platform meets branding requirements
+ Creating and managing member online communities/interest groups, developing them and moderating them.
+ Contributing to our content strategy development and execution.
+ Implementing a split of content between our public/campaign website and the member content platform.
+ Developing member-only content, either originating new content or working with internal content creators to repurpose and repackage.
+ Supporting progress tracking and analytics to evaluate our communications delivery and effectiveness.
+ Working with the wider Digital and Communications team and contributing to the delivery of member communications and marketing campaigns across all of our channels.
+ Using data to analyse and improve the performance of your work.

**About You**:
+ Experience of managing and developing online communities
+ Experience of developing strong and successful B2B content
+ Ideally, a marketing or digital marketing qualification or experience
+ Previous experience of online community platforms, marketing platforms, CRM, website content management systems or social media platforms.
+ Pride in producing clear and engaging written work, adapting style and tone for audiences and channels.
+ Excellent planning and organisation skills
+ Creativity and problem solving skills
+ Excellent MS Office skills
+ The ability to build strong relationships across different teams.
+ Enthusiasm, ideas and energy
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
