**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site surveys to determine the best garage door solutions for clients’ needs.
- Measure and record precise dimensions for door installations.
- Identify any potential installation challenges and provide solutions.
- Prepare detailed survey reports and quotations for customers.
- Utilize strong sales techniques to promote products and services, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering follow-up services and support.
- Coordinate with the project and installation teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, new product offerings, and sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the consultation process.
- Proactively seek and engage in new sales opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- **Proven background **in surveying garage doors, gates, or similar fields.
- **Proven sales expertise**, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **In-depth knowledge** of building structures, with a focus on mechanics and electronics.
- **Exceptional communication skills**, adept in negotiation and customer interaction.
- **Skilled in the use of measuring instruments** and related equipment.
- **Competent in interpreting** technical drawings and specifications.
- **Excellent problem-solving abilities** with meticulous attention to detail.
- **Highly self-driven**, capable of thriving autonomously or within a team dynamic.
- **Valid clean driving license**, open to regional travel as needed.
- **Computer proficiency** is advantageous.
- **Relevant experience** in the construction or home improvement sector is beneficial.
