E-commerce Supervisor

Axion Now is the UK's No 1 specialist store for Magic: The Gathering (MTG) - a tabletop and digital collectable card game played by millions of people across the globe.

We’re based in Amersham town centre and are currently seeking an E-commerce Supervisor to manage our team of Stock Assistants to ensure that website orders are processed effectively and efficiently.

To be considered, you’ll need to have previous experience of leading a team and of being in a customer facing role. You’ll also need good written and spoken English and good IT skills. It would be great if you were an MTG player or interested in learning, but that’s definitely not essential.

We’re looking for someone full of energy and enthusiasm, who’ll build the team and delight our customers, while always looking for ways to improve the way we process orders and manage our stock.

Our office is open 08:30-18:30, Monday to Friday and 08:30-14:30 on Saturdays. We’re flexible to consider people wanting to work between 30 and 40 hours per week, but you must be able to work a Saturday once per month.
