**Title: Business Administrator / Part Time Administrator**
The Best Connection are currently seeking **Business Administrator** for one of our well established clients in the Wellington TF1 area with the starting pay of **£12.08ph**
**Details**:
- Working Hours are Monday to Friday part time
- The pay rate is £12.08ph
- This vacancy is temporary ongoing
- Immediate starts available
**Duties**:
- Deal with incoming phone calls to assist customers with pricing, product enquiries and any other sales related issues;
- Issuing of price files to customers as required;
- Liaising with customers and internal relations with regards to returns and collections;
- Helping to draft letters / reports and documents for management;
- Supporting the Transport department where required;
- Providing support to the key operators on the development of the new system;
- System Data Entry.
- Helping to implement changes within the business to continue growth, paperless operations and continually modernising methods
**skills required**:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using office Microsoft Office functions.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Good Telephone Manners
