Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with a long standing client who are currently recruiting for a new Graduate Technologist to join their busy office in Christchurch. This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate to get their foot inthe door with a company who provide excellent long term career progression. The Graduate Technologist will be learning from some of the best within a current and secure industry.

The Graduate Technologist will be assisting a diverse team in across a variety of duties including product benchmarking, specifications and innovation. You will progress to look after your own range of products in time.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Around £20,000 per annum
- 23 days holiday per annum, increasing to 24 after the first year and 25 after 2 years’ service + bank holidays

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Custodian of technical development and customer gold seal product samples
- Managing customer specifications
- Arranging product benchmarking
- Arranging QC and product integrity spot checking
- Customer complaint tracking and reporting
- Administrative support to maintain Quality Management Systems
- Assisting Technical Managers in preparation for presentations and customer meetings
- Regular communication with retail customers and customer account teams

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent Communication skills
- Self-Motivated
- Experience of a customer facing role is preferred
