Valuer/ Lister

**VALUER/LISTER/ SENIOR NEGOTIATOR** - **HEMEL HEMPSTEAD** -**SALES & LETTINGS - £25K BASIC, UP TO £45K OTE**

Our client is an independent Estate & Lettings Agent who is looking for a well presented, professional, enthusiastic and driven **Valuer**/**Lister** to work in their already successful Hemel Hempstead office.

You will have a proven track record as an **Estate Agent** at**SeniorNegotiator**level and above and will be a good all round Estate Agent.

- A proven track record in driving business levels forward, canvassing, valuing and generating new business
- Be a fantastic valuer /lister with a good conversion rate
- Able to work as a team and independently
- Self motivated and able to motivate a team
- Enthusiastic and willing to work hard to achieve results
- Maintain frequent and regular contact with clients and customers
- At least 2 year residential sales experience
- Some lettings experience desirable, but not essential
- Smart and professional in appearance
- Knowledge of the local area desirable
- Conscientious and honest in approach to everything you do
- Understand the importance of an efficient, motivated team, creating a good working environment with a welcoming but professional feel for clients and purchasers
