_**JOB PURPOSE**:_

To provide a professional and efficient administration service in support of the Administration Department within the Company. We are looking for someone ideally with some administration experience and used to working in a busy environment. Organisation and attention to detail is essential for this role.
- **PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:_
- Provide a first class, professional administration support for the department involving all basic duties such as answering the telephone, filing etc.
- Ensure that Customer orders and release notes are raised at the time of receipt, and that all relevant job cards/certifications are forwarded to the Senior Technicians
- Responsible for timely movement of Company Communications - such as incoming faxes, telephone messages, memos etc.
- To have a sound knowledge of Sensorcom capability and products enabling you to fully understand the customers requirements in conjunction with the Quality Assurance department
- Assist with general administration and literature within the department
- Adherence to the appropriate chains of communication within the department and Company
- Strive to maintain the flexible element within the department, supporting all team members where necessary
- Identifying parts from part numbers and weighing of parts
- Packing boxes along with individual items.
- Provide general office support to as directed by Office Manager.
- Processing shipments to customers, acquiring relevant paperwork for custom clearance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Beckenham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
