Floods, fire, cyber-attacks and supply chain failure are but a few threats which can affect our organisation’s success. Identifying and mitigating potential risks is an essential part of business continuity, having a plan so that we continue to function with as little disruption as possible is business critical.
Do you have what it takes to identify and manage risk? Can you help to ensure our organisation maintains its critical services in a crisis or disaster? You will be passionate about risk management across our organisation, playing a major role in business continuity, providing advice on best practices, and making sure the plans align with our organisation’s Corporate Emergency Plans.
This role is a perfect start if you have recently qualified and want excellent experience in a team which will help your professional growth. You will be engaging with all levels of the organisation, so you will need to be confident and focussed on achieving the right results with tenacity, ensuring risks are being managed effectively.

**What you will be doing**:
- Collaborate with Senior Managers to embed an evolving best practice approach to risk management across the organisation._
- Articulate our risks, writing and presenting reports to committee and senior managers._
- Promote reassuring approaches to risk management and business continuity._
- Build risk awareness across our organisation by educating and supporting managers._
- Measuring and rating risks (can it be removed, mitigated, or tolerated)._
- Review and test our plans for endurance._
- Developing and delivering training._
- Build successful relationships and trust internally and with multi-agencies._
