**Floor Walker (1st Line Support)**

Our critical public service client is going through a large digital transformation programme where they are moving their entire infrastructure across to a brand-new environment, hosted on Azure/M365. Currently in the midst of their user kit migrations, they're in need of Floor Walkers to support the end users with the change.

**Requirements/Responsibilities**:

- Experience working in a migration space to M365 environment
- Working in a desktop orientated environment, able to support end users on their devices, including chargers, connectivity and desk set up checks
- Supporting end-users with in person technical queries at a 1st line level
- Logging tickets to escalate issue and incidents to the appropriate teams
