Foh Staff Server Waiter

We are an Indian restaurant in Preston, we're looking for enthusiastic, energetic & experienced people to join our team as servers of food & drinks. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced restaurant environment, **speed & communication are crucial.**

Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred. Some training will be provided to fit in with the mechanics of our operation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

**Skills**:

- **Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting are required**:

- Ability to carry a tray of drinks or food.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with others
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine, wines & cocktails are all a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £7.18-£11.49 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
