**Job Description**:
Pertemps are delighted to be working with our client based in Dalkeith for a catering assistant role on an ad-hoc basis.
Hours: 8.30am to 2.30pm (flexibility would be required)
Pay: £10.90p/h

**Responsibilities**:

- Serving customers on the hot counter and operating the till
- Preparing coffee and other beverages on the barista coffee machine
- Washing dishes, cutlery and utensils
- Ensuring that the kitchen and dining area are kept clean and tidy
- Assisting with food preparation and cooking as required
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, including serving on the hot counter, till operation, dishwashing and barista coffee machine experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- A friendly and approachable personality
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A flexible and reliable approach to work
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
