**Job Title: Welfare Reform Advisor**

**Accountable to**: Chief Executive Officer

**Reports to**: Welfare Rights Manager

**Hours**: 35 hours per week

**Salary**: £23,459 per annum

**Location**: The Resource Centre Derry

**Purpose of job**

.**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Duties**:

- To record in a timely manner all details of meetings and discussions using the AdvicePro recording system
- To maintain the absolute confidentiality of client details including paper and computer records of discussions
- To keep up-to-date with changes to social security benefits
- To attend training as necessary
- To adhere to standards of service and other requirements set by Derry City & Strabane District Council and other funders
- To adhere to Health & Safety and other relevant policies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 15 months

**Salary**: £23,459.00 per year
