We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Support Executive to join our growing Customer Services department. The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, target driven and reliable individual, in search of a new opportunity.

Skills required.
- Two or more years’ experience working in a high-intensity customer service environment such as a call centre or retail space.
- Experience handling and resolving complaints as a primary function of a previous role.
- Experience working with office software & telephone systems.
- Confident, proven & effective telephone manner.
- Telematics industry experience welcomed.

The role
- Actively engaging with customers to resolve technical issues of all grades alongside general queries, in line with our service level agreements.
- Effectively handling all levels of complaints with a high degree of competency.
- Promotion of new and existing products to our customers where applicable.
