The key responsibilities of the Payroll Advisor will be:

- Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of payroll calculations and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related queries, including paycheck discrepancies, tax-related issues, and benefit enquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR and Finance, to ensure smooth integration and efficient payroll processes.
- Provide support to the Payroll Administrator through regular communication and completing any adhoc tasks.
- Ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Excellent written verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong EXCEL knowledge.
- Ability to work well individually as well as with a team.
- Experience managing a team is preferred.
