Project Sales Co-Ordinator

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Enhance existing business relationships and foster new relationships with specialist sub-contractors, main contractors, specialist consultants, off-site manufacturers, distributors, architects, consultants and specifiers.
- Promote the full range of relevant Performance Technology Group brands to all key customers to maximise sales opportunities.
- Promote existing core products and new products in line with relevant brand sales strategy.
- Operate across a mixed product discipline linked to fire, thermal and acoustic insulation solutions. As a multi brand role, it will be necessary to achieve sales targets across a broad product mix.
- Work closely with the external specification sales team to identify target projects and architect / specifier orientated customers to co-ordinate and appoint CPD presentations.
- Responsibility to track an agreed volume of construction orientated projects across the UK linked to an agreed sales target.
- Identify opportunities to switch competitor architectural specifications within the specialist sub-contractor, main contractor and specialist consultant domain.
- Target specialist markets, through implementation of effective telesales campaigns
- Report on a monthly basis detailing sales activity and achievements vs. targets
- Ensure correct and full use of the company CRM system.

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**

An experienced Sales executive with a proven track record of delivering sales growth and profitability.

Successful sales experience in, and an in-depth understanding of, the manufacturing and distribution sector together with project orientated sales experience.

Customer focus with technical and commercial orientation.

Business awareness and development ability, capable of analysing and identifying market and product opportunities and supporting the business in exploiting them.

Proven negotiation ability together with strong powers of persuasion and influence.

A high achiever who is ambitious, career centred and thrives on working to demanding goals and targets.

Well organised and self-motivated, able to work within a team, across multiple brands / sites

**RELATING TO PEOPLE EXTERNALLY**

Develop relationships and negotiate business deals with a range of major customers across the entire supply chain.

Monitor competitors’ activities by maintaining an extensive industry network.

Represent Performance Technology Group with potential customers.

**RELATING TO PEOPLE INTERNALLY**

Close working relationship with the Performance Technology Group Project Tracking Team Leader, Technical & Specification Sales Director, Sales Director, New Product Development, External Sales & Business Development Teams, General Managers, Sales OfficeManagers, Internal Sales, Technical Sales and Administration teams.

Close liaison and strong working relationship with PTG Technical, Specification Sales and External Sales team in addition to communicating with colleagues and staff within
