*ABOUT THE ROLE* Are you interested in a career in butchery? Would you like the opportunity to progress to understand from Farm to Fork concept of the modern day butcher? Who are we looking for? Someone with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers and a real interest of serving the local community with locally sourced produce. *ROLE RESPONSIBILITY* As a trainee you will be trained on how to make value added products from sausages, burger to chicken kievs & stirfrys. You will learn your cuts of meat and understand how to serve our customers with the highest level of customer service. You will then learn to de bone and break down all cuts of meat. Work in a safe clean working environment in line with current legislation After training is completed have the opportunity to progress through the pay grades in line with your skill level *ABOUT US* Binns of Saltaire are a independent Butchers and Deli based in Saltaire Shipley. We are a small fun loving team with a passion to deliver exceptional customer service and quality meats from local farms. We are privileged to serve our local community and other small businesses within the local area.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shipley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Butchering: 1 year (preferred)
