HH Driveright was created by a husband and wife team wanting to lead the way in a more altruistic approach and has gone from strength to strength.
They are now looking for a call handler customer service apprentice to help with the running of the service desk.

**Duties include but not limited to**:
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner
Use scripts to enable technical procedures
Identify customer needs and provide solutions
Liaise with HHD Fitters to complete technical procedures. Follow scripts in order to facilitate this process
Office administration tasks as appropriate

Training Provided

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. HH Driveright will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship standard, which includes;
- Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
- Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship standard
- Functional skills in Maths and English if required

This will be delivered through HH Driveright's dedicated training provider, Realise.
