Our client based in Farnham Royal is looking to hire a Kitchen Porter. The catering department produces breakfast, lunch and supper for over 400 covers, they also cater for social events with up to 800 + covers.

Your role as Kitchen Porter is to assist the catering team by carrying out a variety of tasks throughout the day. This role is term time only (32 weeks a year) Monday to Friday 8am
- 3pm and paying £14,800 per annum (equivalent to £14.23 ph)

Main Duties.
- Wash up and put away all utensils and equipment
- Put away all stores
- Assist chefs with vegetable preparation
- Ensure kitchen is cleaned down as and when required
- Clear away food and wash down the servery
- Ensure all recycling is carried out
- Emptying of all bins
- Ensure all general Health & Safety standards are met
- Make sure hand wash and blue paper towel is always stocked up

Essential Skills:

- Physically fit
- Team player and good people skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Work to a high standard in both food hygiene and safety standards
- Good communication skills
- Adhere to all practices
- Good personal appearance
