What do we ask from you?

We are seeking individuals, who deliver great customer service to work on our Cash Desk at the Casino MK. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that the Casino MK meets our regulatory obligations through demonstrating personal awareness of all relevant legislation and managing compliance with all our policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for the Company assets within the cash desk, and to ensure that all cash, chips etc. are fully accounted for and secure at all times.

You will be required to safeguard all sensitive and personal information belonging to the Company and its customers, whilst ensuring ta the customer is given all the assistance required in a friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional manner.

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Previous cash desk or money handling experience preferred. If you don’t have experience all we ask is that you deliver great customer service to our customers as full training is provided.
