**Role Overview**:
As an Implementation Consultant, you will work with a range of Clients to deliver the Unity5 software. This includes managing the project plan, budget and communications as well as delivering process and configuration workshops to define requirements and set up the system accordingly. You will train and manage feedback and review the successes of your projects through questionnaires and Client feedback.

**Sales**:

- Support the conclusion of sales deals by actively participating in pre-sales activities and services proposals
- Being commercially aware throughout the project lifecycle to maximise upselling opportunities
- Attend events and Client community activities to represent services and provide product knowledge

**Implementation**:

- Implement on time, to budget and to Client satisfaction new and existing Client projects according to the appropriate defined methodology and processes, ensuring all documentation is in place for future reference
- This includes running workshops to:

- Kick-off projects and set expectations of goals and deliverables, focusing on client objectives
- Gather process and configuration requirements for system build
- Understand technical requirements for install, integrations, SSO and migration
- Deliver training to the end Client
- Manage Client risks and issues, through product and business process knowledge and consultancy
- Configure backend and front end systems manually and using scripts to set up the Client test and live environments
- Test and approve system deliveries before release to Clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Manage go live through Client ‘hypercare’ and adoption reviews

**Team**:

- Work closely with other technical consultants to resolve complex issues
- Partner with Sales and Client Success to focus on Client results at all times
- Provide detailed handover materials to support teams after project completion
- Update the knowledge hub to share lessons learned with Clients and internal teams

**Required**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, within a SaaS or technology centred environment
- Strong project management skills, ideally certified in Prince2 or similar
- Results-focused and Client obsessed; wants to deliver to high Client satisfaction
- Process orientated, can map processes and consult to best practices
- Problem solver with willingness to take ownership of issues to resolve.
- Excellent writing and documentation skills with a high attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage a variety of projects simultaneously
- Commercially aware
- Technically strong with an interest in IT, SaaS and data manipulation
- Experience implementing SSO integrations, data migration and APIs

**Desired**:

- Experience with project management software, recording time and managing budgets
- Industry experience and knowledge of investigation workflows
- Working within parking or local authority environments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
