The Division of Cell Matrix Biology and Regenerative Medicine within the School of Biological Sciences wish to appoint a laboratory-based Research Associate to an exciting project exploring the use of artificial intelligence in accessing the regeneration of the skin.

**During this position, the post-holder will undertake a range of activities including**:

- Large data set analysis and target validation using laser capture microdissection of regenerating skin.
- Computer-based annotation of histological sections, programming of image analysis, including the development of the machine learning approaches.
- Creating a pipeline of the AI-based wound tissue assessment from both mouse models and patient samples.
