**Reporting To**:Head of Sales
**Role Summary**
The post holder is responsible for providing support to the sales team in managing existing and new customers with a regular proactive point of contact. Management and progression of opportunities through to completion. The post holder will collaborate with internal staff facilitate solutions and quotations as needed.
In addition to this, the Sales-Coordinator will actively seek and identify new and additional opportunities and present and up-sell the Malary sales value proposition in support of all business units.
The post holder will help ‘on board' new customers making sure any required forms are completed by the quality team and that a credit account can be set up for billing.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls in a prompt, professional and polite manner, assessing any opportunities presented and ensuring the required work is distributed and recorded on the company CRM software.
- Supporting any opportunities as required.
- Timely and accurate production of quotations and estimates.
- Complaints resolution as required
- Provide a single point of contact for key account customers as required
- Working with the Operations Team you will ensure contracted services are planned and provided in compliance with contract requirements and any advisories are communicated in a timely manner to the customer.
- Source completed job information from responding service contracts and subcontractors as required
- Update the CRM database with relevant information to facilitate accurate monthly reporting.
- Attend staff meetings and training as required.
- Arrange site surveys, quarterly review meetings (including via teams) with clients and internal stakeholders to build and enhance relationships.
- Handling all new customer enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to the customer and recorded onto Company system
- Identifying contract opportunities from repeated customer business.
- Collating information for the preparation of sales quotations and accurate invoicing
- Management of existing pipe-line opportunities and update progress status on the CRM system
- Ensuring the full lifecycle sales process is adhered too for all opportunities
- Prospecting new contacts within existing customer data base.
- Any other ad hoc admin tasks, as required to support business sales

- Sales skills
- Commercially aware
- Experience of aftersales and upselling products and/or services
- Ability to navigate databases including bespoke software.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use initiative essential proactive approach
- Clean UK driving licence and able to get to the office in Cottenham
- Right to work in the UK
**Desirable**:
- Demonstrable sales administration experience in desk-based environment
- Competent knowledge and use of client relationship management (CRM) tools
- Dealing with customers
- Experience in an industrial service or engineering industry
- Process improvement experience
