**The UK Residential Development Team**
The Group Residential Development Team is responsible for delivering a national, fully integrated planning, consultancy, land and new homes service.Excellence of service, operational consistency, and high quality advice is at the core of the Residential DevelopmentTeam’s approach, in order to delight each and every customer and generate maximum value for the Countrywide Group.
**The Role**
The Land Manager is a key member of the Group Residential Development Team.They will work as part of the regional Land and New Homes team, to deliver both the performance and strategic requirements of our Land and New Homes programme within their area ofresponsibility. The role will require working in close collaboration with other business unit leaders, functional heads, business partners and teams across the Group to deliver this performance in line with our Purpose, Vision and Values and our stated strategicambitions.The role holder will build strategic capability throughout a dedicated region of the UK, focussing on the sale of quality land opportunities and ensuring delivery of downstream instructions. This would include development of business across oneor more ‘hubs’ within the Residential Development Regions of the UK.
