**Job Title**:Finance Systems Governance Administrator

**Salary**:Circa £28,000 depending on skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Supporting the business with the administration of the Delegation of Authority System
- Managing queries via ServiceNow
- Liaising with internal IT support to resolve system issues
- Completing User Access Reviews to ensure compliance with IT policies
- Supporting with adherence and compliance to Governance Controls across Finance Operations
- Analysing invoice data to identify potential unusual transactions

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential
- Prior use of financial systems
- Comfortable with engaging with people at all levels of business

Desirable
- Experience of analysing finance transactions
- An understanding of Systems Governance and Finance Controls
- Experience with ServiceNow and SharePoint

**The Finance Systems Governance team**:
You will work collaboratively as part of the Finance Systems Governance team. Here you will be responsible for supporting the Governance Controls and Processes for the finance systems used to deliver a service to our internal customers. This role will give you the opportunity to help improve and shape how we operate going forward.
